After graduating from Ohio State University in economics Bryant worked in investment banking for the Bank of America for three years. He quit with a mission in mind: to make entrepreneurship more diverse. Together with friends and colleagues he acquired capital and founded Harlem Capital Partners to invest mainly in start-ups founded by women or people of color.
